Permit required; qualifications; transferability.

1. A dairy foods manufacturing plant may not receive for sale, produce, sell, offer for sale or have in storage any manufactured dairy product if the plant does not possess a permit from the Director. Only a dairy foods manufacturing plant that complies with the requirements of NAC 584.0111 to 584.0551 , inclusive, may receive and retain a permit. 2. Permits are not transferable.
