1. The owner or operator of a dairy must keep the interior of a milk barn, stable or parlor clean. The floors, walls, ceilings, windows, pipelines and other equipment must be clean and free of filth and litter. 2. No animals other than lactating dairy animals may be permitted in the milking barn, stable or parlor.
