Director may require tests or examinations.

The Director may at any time require any test or examination he or she deems necessary after consultation with the Division of Animal Industry of the Department. If the Director requires additional tests and an animal reacts to a test, the diseased animal must be disposed of as the Division of Animal Industry of the Department may require.
