Report of distributor’s monthly remittance.

1. Each distributor shall submit to the Director, on a form prescribed and furnished by the Director, or on a facsimile of the form, a monthly remittance report showing the distributor’s monthly distribution of dairy products that are subject to assessment by the Director pursuant to NRS 584.647 or 584.648 . 2. The monthly remittance report must be submitted to the Director at the office of the Director in Sparks, Nevada, on or before the 20th day of the month following the month during which the dairy products that are subject to assessment by the Director pursuant to NRS 584.647 or 584.648 were distributed.
