“Complainant” and “petitioner” defined.

“Complainant” or “petitioner” means: 1. A local government employer as defined in NRS 288.060 ; 2. An employee organization as defined in NRS 288.040 ; 3. A local government employee as defined in NRS 288.050 ; 4. The Executive Department, as defined in NRS 288.042 ; 5. A labor organization, as defined in NRS 288.048 ; or 6. An employee, as defined in NRS 288.425 .
