Disclosure of information by Commissioner.

In addition to the information that may be disclosed pursuant to NRS 598.098 , the Commissioner may disclose: 1. The total number of complaints received by the Division on a day specified by the person who requested the information; and 2. The number of complaints that are currently under investigation and the number of complaints that have been resolved by the Division.
