Inspection and copies of documents.

A party to a hearing may: 1. Inspect, before the hearing, all documents which may be considered by the hearing officer as part of the case presented by the Division; and 2. Have a copy made of any such document upon payment of a fee in the amount of 25 cents per page to reimburse the Division for the cost of providing the copy.
