Admission of evidence into record.

The presiding officer will rule on the admissibility of all evidence subject to the provisions of NAC 288.324 and 288.326 . At the conclusion of the hearing, all evidence will be received into the record subject to the rulings of the presiding officer on evidence to which timely objection was made.
