Briefs: Order to file; procedure for filing; service.

In any proceeding, the presiding officer may order briefs to be filed within a reasonable time. Each brief must be filed with the Board and, if the Board has not ordered the submission of simultaneous briefs, must be accompanied by a certificate showing service on each party of record as provided in NAC 288.200 . If the Board has ordered the submission of simultaneous briefs, the Board shall serve each party after the Board receives each brief.
