Admission of testimony or other evidence; applicable rules of evidence.

1. At a hearing before the Administrator, any relevant testimony or other evidence may be admitted, except where precluded by law, if it is reasonably reliable. 2. The rules of evidence applicable to contested cases pursuant to chapter 233B of NRS apply to a hearing before the Administrator.
