“Certifying authority” defined.

“Certifying authority” means a person who is approved by the Division to inspect and certify tower cranes which are used to erect and dismantle tower cranes pursuant to the provisions of NAC 618.359 , 618.360 , 618.365 to 618.370 , inclusive, and 618.380 to 618.385 , inclusive.
