Stay of final order.

1. Any party aggrieved by a final order of the Board may, while the matter is within the jurisdiction of the Board, file a motion for a stay. 2. The motion must list the reasons for which a stay is sought and the length of the stay requested. 3. The Board may order a stay for the period requested or for a longer or shorter period as appropriate.
