Action by Enforcement Section on application for license or renewal.

1. Within 30 days after receiving an application for a license or the renewal of a license, the Enforcement Section will notify the applicant of any deficiencies in the application. 2. Within 60 days after receiving a completed application, including all additional information requested, the Enforcement Section will approve or deny the application.
