Consultants: Licensing requirements; fee.

1. A person shall not provide any services as a consultant within the State without first obtaining a license from the Division. 2. To obtain a license as a consultant: (a) An application must be submitted to the Enforcement Section on a form provided by the Enforcement Section. (b) The applicant must pay a license fee of $100.
