Project designers: Qualifications for accreditation.

To qualify for accreditation as a project designer, a licensed consultant must: 1. Provide evidence: (a) Of at least 1 year of experience as a project designer; (b) Of at least 2 years of experience as a monitor or management planner, or both; or (c) Of at least 1 year of experience as a consultant or supervisor; 2. Provide evidence of the successful completion of an initial training course approved by the EPA for project designers; and 3. If the certificate for the initial training course required by subsection 2 has expired, provide evidence of participation in a refresher training course approved by the EPA for project designers.
