Additional prohibited conduct.

1. Except as otherwise provided in NAC 623.763 , a registered interior designer shall not sign or seal a drawing, specification or other interior design document. 2. A registered interior designer shall not: (a) Engage in conduct that involves fraud or wanton disregard of the rights of other persons. (b) Make misleading, deceptive or false statements or claims.
