Use of electronic testing and treatment device.

1. A homeopathic physician, advanced practitioner of homeopathy or homeopathic assistant may use an electronic testing and treatment device to: (a) Measure the resistance of the skin at acupuncture points; (b) Evaluate and treat a patient; and (c) Assist in the selection and use of homeopathic medicines and therapies pursuant to NRS 630A.040 . 2. A homeopathic physician shall not use an electronic testing and treatment device as the sole method for diagnosing a patient.
