Use of certain intravenous therapies.

A homeopathic physician who uses intravenous hydrogen peroxide or intravenous chelation in the treatment of a patient shall: 1. Follow a protocol that has been approved by the Board; and 2. Be on the premises or have a licensed homeopathic physician, homeopathic assistant or advanced practitioner of homeopathy on the premises at all times while a patient is receiving intravenous hydrogen peroxide or intravenous chelation therapy.
