Petitions concerning regulations.

1. A petition requesting the adoption, filing, amendment or repeal of any regulation must be accompanied by a draft of the proposed regulation in a form suitable for filing with the Secretary of State. 2. The original and seven copies of the petition and the proposed regulation must be filed with the Secretary-Treasurer of the Board.
