Access to health care records by Board: Written statement.

Each written statement required by subsection 3 of NRS 630.139 must: 1. Disclose to the patient that the health care records of the patient may be accessed by the Board in accordance with NRS 630.139 ; and 2. Be titled “Notice to Patients Regarding Access to Health Care Records.”
