Hearings: Qualifications of hearing officers.

A hearing officer employed by the Board pursuant to NRS 630.106 must: 1. Be an attorney in good standing licensed to practice law in this State; and 2. Have at least 5 years of experience as an attorney licensed to practice law in this State in administrative law, including, without limitation, administrative hearings.
