Supervision of certified registered nurse anesthetist.

For the purposes of this chapter and chapter 630 of NRS, a physician who is treating a patient while the patient is receiving care from a certified registered nurse anesthetist who performs any activity described in paragraph (a) of subsection 1 of NRS 632.2397 shall be deemed the supervising physician of the certified registered nurse anesthetist.
