Rejection of application.

The Board may reject an application for licensure as an anesthesiologist assistant if the Board determines that: 1. The applicant is not qualified or is not of good moral character or reputation; 2. The applicant has submitted a false credential; or 3. The application is not made in proper form or is otherwise deficient.
