Prohibition on sexual impropriety toward patient.

An anesthesiologist assistant shall not engage in sexual impropriety toward a patient, including, without limitation, engaging in behavior that is seductive, sexually suggestive, disrespectful of a patient’s privacy or sexually demeaning.
