“Graduate nurse” defined.

“Graduate nurse” means a person who: 1. Has graduated from a nursing program approved by the Board; 2. Holds an interim permit; 3. Is awaiting the results of the examination for licensure; and 4. Works under the supervision of a registered nurse who is at the site where care is provided.
