Unprofessional conduct.

The Board may discipline a licensee for unprofessional conduct if the licensee: 1. Within 30 days after a request by the Board, fails to provide the Board with information of his or her participation in a course of continuing education; or 2. Submits to the Board false or inaccurate information of his or her participation in a course of continuing education.
