Course on intravenous therapy: Place of instruction; faculty.

1. The course must be taught in an educational institution or a medical facility as defined in NRS 449.0151 . 2. The course must be taught by a registered nurse who has had: (a) Recent clinical experience providing intravenous therapy; or (b) Experience in teaching courses in intravenous therapy. 3. The ratio of faculty members to students in the laboratory or in an area used for clinical practice in the course must not be more than 1 to 10.
