“Notify” interpreted for purposes of NRS 633.418 .

For the purposes of NRS 633.418 , the Board will interpret the term “notify” to mean that the Department of Corrections notifies the Board within 30 days after a person who holds an authorized facility license issued pursuant to NRS 633.418 ceases to practice osteopathic medicine in this State in an institution of the Department of Corrections.
