Advertisement of practice.

1. An osteopathic physician shall not advertise the practice of osteopathic medicine in a manner that is: (a) False; or (b) Intended or has a tendency to: (1) Deceive or mislead the public; or (2) Create unrealistic expectations in any particular case. 2. Proof of actual injury is not necessary to establish a violation of subsection 1.
