1. A decision or order in a disciplinary proceeding adverse to an osteopathic physician or physician assistant must: (a) Be in writing; (b) Except as otherwise provided in subsection 5 of NRS 233B.121 , include findings of fact and conclusions of law; and (c) Specifically set forth the punishment imposed on the osteopathic physician or physician assistant. 2. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 633.671 , an order of the Board is effective upon being served on the osteopathic physician or physician assistant.
