Fingerprinting and investigation of applicants.

Each applicant for examination and each applicant for reinstatement of an expired license to active status pursuant to NRS 634.131 must: 1. Submit one set of his or her fingerprints on a standard fingerprint card with his or her application and pay any associated costs; and 2. Agree to a background investigation.
