Audits of licensees and holders of certificates to ensure compliance with requirements of continuing education.

1. The Board may perform random audits of licensees and chiropractic assistants or audits that are based on complaints or charges against licensees or chiropractic assistants to ensure compliance with the requirements for continuing education. 2. If the Board chooses to conduct an audit of a licensee or chiropractic assistant, the Board will notify the licensee or chiropractic assistant, as applicable, of its decision to conduct an audit. The licensee or chiropractic assistant, as applicable, shall provide to the Board detailed information and documentation concerning the hours of continuing education claimed.
