1. If a judgment is entered against him or her in any court, or a settlement is reached, on a claim involving malpractice, a licensee shall report that fact to the Board within 15 days. The licensee may satisfy the provisions of this subsection if he or she provides the Board with a copy of the judgment or settlement. 2. If a licensee or holder of a certificate is convicted of any crime, other than a traffic violation, he or she shall report that fact to the Board within 15 days after the conviction. 3. If a licensee or holder of a certificate fails to report a judgment, settlement or conviction pursuant to this section, he or she may be subject to disciplinary action pursuant to NRS 634.140 to 634.216 , inclusive.
