Renewal of license or certificate: Application; effective date of renewal.

1. An application for the renewal of a license or certificate must be in the form prescribed by the Board. The application must be accompanied by the fees required by NAC 636.091 . 2. The renewal of a license or certificate pursuant to NRS 636.250 or 636.2899 is effective on the date on which a complete application containing all required materials and fees is postmarked or received electronically by the Executive Director.
