Requirements for certification by endorsement.

In addition to meeting the requirements prescribed by NRS 636.2897 , an applicant for a certificate by endorsement to treat a person diagnosed with glaucoma must: 1. Be licensed and in good standing to practice optometry in the State of Nevada. 2. Possess a valid certificate to administer and prescribe pharmaceutical agents issued pursuant to NRS 636.288 .
