Representation of parties.

1. A party is entitled to be heard in person or by the party’s attorney or other representative. 2. An attorney appearing as counsel in any proceeding must be an attorney at law in good standing and admitted to practice before the highest court of any state. If an attorney is not admitted and entitled to practice before the Supreme Court of Nevada, an attorney so admitted and entitled to practice must be associated with the attorney appearing before the Board.
