1. A motion is a request directed at the Board’s authority to act on a given subject. 2. All motions, unless made during a hearing, must be in writing. 3. All written motions must set forth the nature of the relief sought and the grounds therefor. 4. A party desiring to oppose a motion may serve and file a written response to the motion. 5. The moving party may serve and file a written reply only if an opposition to the motion has been served and filed. 6. A decision on the motion will be rendered without oral argument unless oral argument is requested by the Board. If oral argument is requested, the Board will set a date and time for a hearing on the motion.
