Order of presentation.

1. Evidence at the hearing will ordinarily be received from the parties in the following order: (a) Upon petitions: (1) Petitioner; (2) Board’s staff; (3) Intervener; and (4) Rebuttal by petitioner. (b) Upon accusations: (1) Board; (2) Respondent; and (3) Rebuttal by the Board. 2. This order of procedure may be modified by the Board or presiding board member. 3. Closing statements by the parties may be allowed by the Board or presiding Board member.
