Petition for declaratory order or advisory opinion: Meeting and decision by Board; service of denial and other correspondence.

1. Upon submission of a petition for a declaratory order or an advisory opinion, the Board will, within 90 days: (a) Schedule a meeting to discuss and grant or deny the petition in writing, stating its reasons; or (b) Initiate proceedings for adoption of an appropriate regulation. 2. A copy of any denial or other correspondence from the Board to the petitioner will be served by mailing a copy thereof to the petitioner.
