Board: Election and terms of officers; salary of members; rules for conduct of meetings; removal of persons from meetings.

1. The Board will elect its officers at its first regular meeting of each fiscal year. 2. The term of office is 1 year. 3. Each member of the Board is entitled to receive a salary of $150 per day while engaged in the business of the Board. 4. Robert’s Rules of Order govern the general conduct of meetings of the Board when not otherwise provided by law. Persons who willfully disrupt meetings may be removed.
