1. If an applicant for an initial license as a marriage and family therapist, marriage and family therapist intern, clinical professional counselor or clinical professional counselor intern is an active member of, or the spouse of an active member of, the Armed Forces of the United States, a veteran or the surviving spouse of a veteran, the Board will charge one-half of the fee for the processing of an application for initial licensure and one-half of the fee for the initial issuance of a license.
