Approval or denial of application.

The Board will review an application submitted pursuant to NAC 644A.300 , including the form completed by the licensed cosmetologist, hair designer, electrologist, esthetician or nail technologist pursuant to NAC 644A.310 , and approve or deny it within 10 business days after the date it is received by the Board. If approved, a certificate of registration will be issued and sent to the apprentice within 10 days after the date the Board approves the application.
