Cosmetic products: Prohibited products and uses.

A cosmetological establishment and a school of cosmetology shall not: 1. Have on its premises any cosmetic products that contain a hazardous substance which has been banned by the United States Food and Drug Administration for use in cosmetic products; or 2. Use a cosmetic product in a manner that has not been approved by the Food and Drug Administration.
