Duty of natural persons engaged in practice of threading and owners and operators of facilities in which natural persons engage in practice of threading to comply with certain requirements for cosmetological establishment.

Each person required to register with the Board pursuant to NRS 644A.550 shall ensure that each kiosk or other stand-alone facility in which the person practices threading or which the person owns or operates complies with the requirements of NAC 644A.705 , 644A.720 , 644A.730 , 644A.740 and 644A.765 for a cosmetological establishment.
