Advertising of course.

1. Any advertising, promotional brochure or form for registration for a course for continuing education must contain, in writing, the policy of the sponsor concerning cancellation and refunds. 2. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 6 of NAC 645D.437 , all advertising must specify that such courses have been approved by the Division.
