Examination of office; form.

1. The Division may use a form of its design to conduct any office examination and require the certified inspector or his office manager to sign such a form. 2. An examination must include, without limitation: (a) The address of the office; (b) The system used in filing records; (c) Advertising; and (d) The availability of current statutes and regulations at the place of business.
