“Associated licensee” defined.

1. “Associated licensee” means a licensee who: (a) Is an employee of or independent contractor for an independent licensee; and (b) Is authorized by the independent licensee to engage in, on behalf of the independent licensee, any activity that would require a person to be licensed pursuant to the Nevada Covered Service Provider Regulations and NRS 645F.300 to 645F.450 , inclusive. 2. The term does not include a person who performs only clerical or ministerial tasks for an independent licensee.
