Duties, restrictions, penalties, liabilities, conditions and limitations; expiration and renewal.

Except as otherwise provided in NAC 645F.350 , a person who has been issued a license by endorsement as a covered service provider, foreclosure consultant or loan modification consultant pursuant to NAC 645F.355 is subject to the same duties, restrictions, penalties, liabilities, conditions and limitations that would apply under the laws of this State to a person issued a license as a covered service provider, foreclosure consultant or loan modification consultant, as applicable, who did not obtain his or her license by endorsement pursuant to NAC 645F.355 . 2. A license by endorsement issued pursuant to NAC 645F.355 expires and is subject to renewal as provided by NAC 645F.270 on the same terms as a license which was not issued by endorsement.
