Duties, restrictions, penalties, liabilities, conditions and limitations; expiration and renewal.

1. Except as otherwise provided in NAC 645F.962 , a person who has been issued a license by endorsement as a mortgage servicer pursuant to NAC 645F.963 is subject to the same duties, restrictions, penalties, liabilities, conditions and limitations that would apply under the laws of this State to a person issued a license as a mortgage servicer who did not obtain his or her license by endorsement pursuant to NAC 645F.963 . 2. A license by endorsement issued pursuant to NAC 645F.963 expires and is subject to renewal as provided by NAC 645F.960 on the same terms as a license which was not issued by endorsement.
