1. Except as otherwise provided pursuant to NAC 648.235 , if the Board has approved an application for a license and has directed that the license be issued subject to compliance by the applicant with all statutory and regulatory prerequisites for the license, the applicant must comply within 90 days after the date on which the Board approved the application. 2. If the applicant fails to comply within 90 days, the Board may rescind its approval and reject the application unless the applicant has shown good cause for the delay. 3. If the Board rescinds its approval pursuant to this section, the Executive Director shall demand the return of the license, and the licensee shall return it as soon as practicable.
